The collection of patches is a time consuming and expensive procedure. That is why storage of your patches is important for their safety and protection.

Here you can see the right and wrong thing to do the one next to other.

There are two main solutions. The one is the use of common binders together with plastic pockets and the other is use of CD-ROM cases.

Here you see the usual binders and the special pockets for photograph storage (common patches), for CD-ROM storage (big diameter patches) and photo film (keyrings).

There are at least three kinds of plastic pockets (white, black and clear background) for storage of patches with diameter of 10 cm.

Also you will find plastic pockets for CD-ROM storage that can be used for patches of bigger diameter, for photo film for your keyrings and big pockets for extreme case of Jacket/Bag patches.

At last but not least you can use CD-ROM cases like the one of the picture above. One positive is that they close with zipper so your patches will be totally protected inside. The negative is that the positions of your patches are fixed so you cannot add or remove them easily like in the solution of binders.
